October Note

 Happy Fall!

Thank you to everyone who volunteered and participated in the Jog-a-Thon! We did not let the rain slow us down. Monday’s weather was perfect! Our current Jog-a-Thon total is $25,252 and counting! We appreciate everyone who has donated!

I really appreciate all the hard work from our Jog-a-Thon Committee and all of our corporate sponsors. The Spirit Squad also did a wonderful job!

October is going to be a busy month! The Book Fair will take place during conference week, and we will need lots of volunteers to help make it a success. The Teacher Appreciation Committee will also be sponsoring a meal for all of our teachers and staff during conferences.

Thank you to all of our parents who volunteered to be room parents this year! Our Room Parent Meeting will be held on October 5th in the library. We are so excited for our first classroom party on October 30th for Halloween. We will begin the parade at 2:30 p.m.

Thank you for continuing to support our school and PTO. We appreciate all that you do!
